Richard Ponting Installed a building on our property and it totally collapsed two years later. He guaranteed his buildings for 5 years in advertising. We initially contacted Mr. Ponting concerning the building collapse and he stated he could not replace the building but might replace it with a smaller one about a quarter of the size of the original. After not hearing from him we contacted him again and he stated he would not honor his guarantee in any way. The man was blatantly dishonorable and that does not change in any amount of years.
