Horrible Customer Service!!! Took 1 month and 3 phone calls to even get a call back. Finally we scheduled a time and it was suppose to be today. She was scheduled to arrive at 7:30am... I gave her til' 8:30 knowing that traffic is bad at times, but still hadn't heard from her so I called to see what her ETA was and she proceeded to tell me that she was in traffic and no longer would be coming. I explained to her that it was very important as I had my in-laws coming to town and this was to surprise my wife and she told me that if I wanted to pay her in
