Save yourself the headache and use Bluford Jackson for you hardwood flooring needs. This company has horrible customer service. Tony on the "sales staff" at the Glenway Avenue location is unprofessional, defensive, and overbearing. When they made a mistake on my order, they were unapologetic. There is no communication between the different departments. Be prepared to be disappointed and the job not being done on time if you use this company. Worst customer service ever!
