What a shame that Betty Hill still is in business. I've had some unpleasant experiences in retail before, but nothing compares to the downright fraudulent experience I had with Betty Hill. If you take anything of value to her store, it will mysteriously disappear. She will make up stories (and go so far as to make up stories to cover her tracks to others). Spare yourself the headache and a half, take your clothes/items to a reputable business, not this joke of a consignment store. Change of Seasons is simply SHADY -- BEWARE!!!
