We bought a new 2007 Honda Odyssey from this dealership a few years ago. We were both misled and outright lied to by the sales guy about the coverage of the dent repair warranty. We first realized the "misled" part, after which we asked the dealership to refund the cost of the warranty. They said they would, but never sent the check and stopped returning my phone calls. While dealing with that mess, I discovered the "outright lied" part. We had asked the salesman directly when we bought the car if the warranty would cover dents in the bumpers, and he claimed it would.
