My 80 year old mother had been having bad experiences in various beauty shops and we fit to be tied because all she wanted was a nice hair that was easy for her to attend to and looked nice. I made an appointment for her with "the dark haired Lori" and she did an excellent job on my mothers hair. Lori cut it exactly the way mom wanted. Thank you Lori.
