I signed a contract with Intrapromote to provide SEO linking services. We had 50 or so pages ranking in the top 10 on Google and the business had grown to where I could no longer do the linking in house. So I retained Intrapromote after interviewing a few firms. They were responsive and were well informed about SEO and linking. Then we actually started the linking. After two months at a few thousand a month in bills, we hadn't actually started any linking.
