Doesnt even deserve one star. Accommodating in the beginning, and then after i return the car they falsely accuse me of a scratch and will not show me pictures or proof, only a bill. The car rented out to me was heavily scratched with much wear and tear. I didn't think to take great notes on a paper with pictures before accepting the keys because I thought this business would have more class. Unfortunately I was wrong and after 6 phone calls in a period of 3 hours and refusal for help, I was screwed. Never rent from Enterprise again.
