My wife and I went to an apartment that this company manages. When we arrived we went in and told the lady running it that we needed an apartment by November 15, 2009. After visiting the apartment on 3 or 4 different occasions. We decided to rent an apartment. After we gave the company a chech for 80.00. The company called us and told us that the apartment would not be availible til Febuary 2010. After we asked for our money back, We were informed that the money was non-refundable. When we told the company that we had informed them that we needed an apartment on Nov. 15 200
