service is not with a smile unless, of course, you are someone known to the owner or the employees or you are a big tipper - do not order less cheeze -side order it does not matter what you say for some reason the wait staff interpret you to say, "sure add vegetables" to my chalupa, and I'm thinking I like the lettuce and tomato onions perhaps, the waiter brings my food with 2 pieces of mushrooms 3 small pieces of zuchini!! since when did we ever make our tacos, chalupas, tostadas, and the like with mushrooms or zuchini??
