Back in November, I dropped off two suits and six ties for cleaning. When I got my items back, I was a little dismayed by Mama Ellen's heavy-handedness. Each item came back with a tag, but each tag was affixed to the item of clothing with three heavy-duty staples. I've never seen a dry cleaner use such thick staples, nor have I ever seen a cleaner use so many on a single tag. The staples tore small holes in some of my items.
