Don%u2019t buy anything from Batteries plus Newport News or Hampton. I brought a motorcycle battery 9 months ago and now it doesn%u2019t work. I called the store I got it from Newport News to ask about exchanging it. The guy on the phone was very rude and very ghetto. This person hung up the phone on me. I went to the Hampton Batteries Plus to see if they would help me. The lady there was also rude. I explain to her I couldn%u2019t find my receipt.
