I called to get box moved(and a couple other minor things) to new tv because you have to have a receiver on tv that is high def for it to get high def. So the receiver was moved from basement to LR for my new 65" Plasma,but now my 47" LCD in basement doesnt have a box so its not in high def. We have another receiver in bedroom that could have gone in basement but tech didnt put it in basement or even suggest same when he knew we had a high def TV down there. I called back to rectify problem several days ago and have not heard from people since. IF YOU NEED SE
