Shop Manager "Mitch" did a great job and went the "extra mile". There was a snafu in removing my air filter which the technician couldn't fix. Mitch stepped in and corrected. He volunteered the money-saving coupons, gave me all of the maintenance alternatives and was straightforward and friendly. I'll be back.
