He deleted everything and tried to convince me it wasnt there in the first place.Computer had a virus and wouldnt start properly. Was going to bring it to a big name computer store but found this place closer. Talked to him. Told him i need everything from the hard drive. 5 or 6 years of pictures, music, important documents. He said he would look at it and call me. He called and said he was very happy with the job and was able to retrieve everything. Delighted, i came home pluged it in.
