i rented a house from stimens for a year and a half. due to a divorce we had to move on short notice. i couldnt get out in 30 days and he pro rated a week for me. i was very pleased with the service if i ever needed anything fixed or had any questions. i recieved all but maybe 100 back out of a 1200 deposit. if you leave the place as clean as possable they are very resonable. i would definatley rent from them again in the future.
