Polly is terribly RUDE. I took a dress in to be hemmed from the empire waistline, and when I got it back, it was very obviously CROOKED to the point that it couldn't be worn. She refused to even admit that they had messed it up, saying instead that it was the way the dress was made and that it was brought in that way...she insisted that they had cut it straight & put it back together straight, and ARGUED with me when I said otherwise. She refused to give me even a partial refund when I complained about the crappy work and the horrible service! TERRIBLE,
