I went in to get my roots basically done and they talked as if they knew exactly what to do. To make story short Amanda B Burned my hair. It was coming off in her comb and I asked her if it would continue and she said she did not know. The color was awful too...the roots around the face were dark brown and on top around face was caramel. The ends were almost white. I was horrified and asked her what we could do?
