I also found it very disappointing, have used it 3 times now. Since it is only full wash in Green Valley I have to use it, but I always have to clean up things they did not. I had the inside detailed and had to spend about 10 min. with detailer showing things to clean, finally got tired and just left. Next time I will get manger out side and show how things are done. Maybe they do just need better managment, but people should take pride in their work.
