My daughter ordered her wedding dress and went back 4 months later for her fitting. The dress was a little large and she asked them to take the dress in. She was told NO and that she should go and buy three undergarments that would push the dress up and stuff her into the dress. We said no because this would be very uncomfortable and hot. Again, she was told no. The manager was there at the time and knew how unhappy the bride-to-be was, but never offered to have Bridal Designs fit the dress the proper way as we were told it would be.
