I purchased a range and was told it was in working order. It was not. Talked to the phone people and set up repair. I was told over the phone that I had a 60 day return ability. The range was sold with problems prior to my purchase, and that it was not returnable (unless I raise a lotta problems, which I will if I have to) and that any repairs are my responsibility. Very bad customer service and very deceptive if you are not totally aware of what you are getting. ASK, DEMAND, MAKE THEM turn on whatever you want to buy and make sure everything works. They
