Signed a buyers rep. agreement with agent Sheri Raney,, she submitted my offer on a forclosure, then when she saw that the bank was going to accept my offer, she, or her freind/relativeraced in and put a slightly higher offer and got the house! Sheri is very corrupt.. lied to me several times, was slow to tell me the banks counter offers.. and she refused to submit my best final offer, after the bank found out about the wrong doing! She FLIPS houses her self. Any "good deal", she will bid against her own cilents to get her self! Beware of S
