Review
Two things that Currington Mortgage advertise ("guarantee") are the 21-day closing and the surprise free closing, and what I got from my experience with them was neither. After being pre-approved no problem, I waited and waited on them during my closing process, delaying my closing past the 21 days that were "guaranteed". After being very responsive early on in the process, they were much harder to get a hold of when it counted. When it came down to it, they denied my loan for a very small reason with no warning and after having delayed my closing
