I had a half a beef processed there and the staff was very helpful. Isn't it nice when you deal locally . . . . . Thanks for the insightful guidance and patience when I was figuring out the various cuts. I grew up in a mostly non-meat eating home so I was not exactly a 5 star customer. The lady I spoke with was excellent. KUDOS!!!!!
