I am giving this practice 1 star,only because 0 wasn't an option. I took my daughter for a cleaning and xrays, but they didn't even do an initial exam. No one came out afterwards to tell me what had been done,what was seen, etc..We missed the next appointment, by accident, because I had forgotten to tell my daughter before she went to school that day (she was driving). I explained that to the billing person, but was still charged $50. Needless to say, we will not be going back. We've already switched to the Swetts, whose office is FANTASTIC
