Contract was signed fall of 2008. Had a few delays in getting ahold of her, didn't think much of it. Married in February, received photos in August. During that 6 month time frame there were endless phone calls and e-mails. The excuses ranged from out of state, e-mail issues, the new studio, voicemail issues, more computer problems, etc. When we finally received our photos they were fine, but I was completely exhausted.
