RUN AWAY! Don%u2019t walk%u2026BURNED BY LASER BY TECH!!! I was a customer of Beautiful Solutions for over a year, investing in their treatments. Unfortunately, it all changed on 8/26/11 when I was burned with a laser during one of my treatments resulting in pigment loss to a pre-existing tattoo. It had never been an issue with the 6-7 treatments leading up to the burn, so I am lead to believe the burn was purely an act of negligence by the technician on that day, Trish Middleton.
