Review

We hired Shane Travillian to build a fence for us last year and paid $900 deposit. Our neighbor paid $500. One year later he did not build the fence. I took him to court in October to get payment and he agreed to pay. 2 months later he has not paid. We are going through other legal means to get the money back. I would not recommend using this guy.
