KRT has done my furnace cleaning for the past couple of years, this morning Ken shows up and immediately calls me downstairs. He shows me inside my furnace and the inspection cover is laid on top of my pump and says the pin that holds it has rotted off. He tells me the whole thing is cooked and i need a $4400 dollar replacement, no harm no foul IF that is what happened. I grab a flashlight and start looking and what do i find? The attachment pin, intact and in a spot that would have been impossible to have fallen off and onto. I called him up to come back and look
