Some people have probably had ok tours, but when things go wrong don't expect Sima to help. There were lots of details missed in booking and we needed to do most of the leg work to plan everything. Sima then rebooked our flights without looking at our itinerary and we got stuck buying new tickets for over $5,000. Sima would hardly discuss it with us and said they are not responsible for return flights because once you're outside the US "its a different computer system there.".
