Our first visit a couple years ago was great. I felt everyone was very nice. But for some reason our last two visits in the past year were not enjoyable. The lady at the check in desk was just not nice nor was the man who works on my son in casting & fitting him for his brace. He sort of laughed at me when I suggested trying a new brace (surestep). He apparently couldn't understand why I wasn't wearing the current brace on my son more often. I expected a little more understanding. His current brace is big and hot. I wear it on my son as much as he can handle. The
