My wife and I go there because the employees are helpful, friendly and concerned about your shopping and questions. Their knowledge helps you find the products, services or explanations on what you need, plant/other.They will replace products they sell if you follow instructions on plants/other with no questions asked, unless it will help them eliminate a possible problem in future or it was your mistake. All I can say is they aren't a small operation, but not so large they have lost the personal touch or make you feel important.
