Kate is an excellent therapist who will customize your session to give the what you wish and more importantly what you need. I have visited her twice now and wish I could afford to go back more often. Each session was unhurried, and targeted to the specific areas with which I was having trouble at those times. She will be firm or gentle according to your requirements, to ease your tension and stress and, for a while at least, really place you in a peaceful place.
