I booked a moonbounce with this company 2 weeks in advance for my 5yr old s birthday party. The day before the party I called to confirm the party time and when the company would be delivering the moonbounce. They confirmed for 10am and then the day of the party NEVER CALLED and NEVER SHOWED UP!!! My 5 year old s party was RUINED because this company did not every deliver the moonbounce.
