Wow. What vet did you go to? I have taken my pets to this Hospital on several occasions and have had completely different experiences. This is a smaller, more personable veterinary hospital. The staff all know me by face and have always been pleasant to me, my family and my pets. I am very appreciative of the time that is spent with me by the doctor and the staff in explaining my pets' conditions to me. The doctor even called me at home, after office hours, to spend the time with me on the phone - time that I needed to have my questions answered to my satisf
