I have lived in Millbridge for a few years and have never had a problem. Every once in a while passing teens can be irritating but they tend to keep moving. Maintenance seems to be timely and efficient and the office is very friendly whenever I come in. They recently changed my ac unit because my electric bill was really high and my usage was low so that was great. My layout is large which is a plus. I came from a community that to be frank scared me to death when I would come home at night and have to walk three buildings over from where I parked in the dark to get hom
