Jeff came out and didn't have the right tools to finish the job so he abandon it and left my dad hanging. My dad went out and bought the tools needed to finish the job. However Jeff emailed him instead of having the nerve and courtesy to call him and refused to go back out to finish the project that he had already torn apart. My dad isn't in the best health but now he is going to have to try put the car back together himself so it can be moved out the way of his shop door.
