Review

This business ruined a $1500..00 jacket and basically has told me that they are not responsible. They refuse to say whether they actually did the work or if they sent it to someone. I asked how they are going to resolve this and they refuse to talk about it. This owner of the business refused to speak any English to me even though I know he speaks it. Just says "no no no, you not customer" since it was my wife that actually brought the jacket in and picked it up. I became very aggravated by this. He just smiles at me and won't respond whatsoe
