I have been to Toluca's, before and enjoyed the crispy chicken tacos. However, this time around the crispy tortilla shells were filled with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese no sign of any chicken when I finally got a taste of the chicken it was two shreds of a bland, mushy, and gross tasting chicken. Retirement homes serve better food than Toluca%u2019s. The concept of a Restaurant is to serve the best food a chef or cook can create, I m afraid this place has missed that concept.
