P&L is known for aggressive pricing. We found out the hard way they achieve this through using cheap plant stock. We had two lines of arborvitae planted in the fall. The first looked like the bushes were different. We mentioned this to them and they said they weren't. Now spring rolls around and it's obvious they are. The second row of aborvitea had all the lower branches die and they looked sickly. We complained and they sent us a piece of paper on plant care. When you evaluate their quote add 30-40% for the re-work that will be needed. We've had other land
