Excellent unexpected service!!! I ordered balloons and a plush animal for my nephew who was having surgery and what arrived was terrible. I search the web further and found Balloons and More Gifts and I wish I had found them 1st. I told them what happen and that I wanted something to WOW my nephew when he woke up from surgery not something that would make him feel worst like we had already received. They told me they understood and would take care of it, although I only ordered a balloon bouquet which was less than the first bad gift I purchased they REALLY took
