Joe Gonsalves is extremly unprofessional. I only gave it a one star rating because you have to select at least one to make this reveiew. Please beware using him as a property manager. My rents were consistenly late which he blamed on problems with the post office and also the tennant. My investigation with the tennant proved that Joe was lying. Also our tennant advised us of several items of repair that Joe never addressed such as smoke alarms, broken appliances and broken tiles. So far it has been 2 months and although he acknowledges and promises to return
