extremely rude!!...i called for service and was told they would be able to change the tires on my car and then she put me on hold..10second later i was hung up on for no reason. i called back ten times and each time i was hung up on. my 11th call i was told that no we can not do the service. which is what they should have said the second time i called back instead of hanging up on me. this was very rude and bad customer service. *Smiley*
