Top Flight's customer service is incredible. They lure you into their nice office on Tiny Town Rd and really work to impress you. Everything seems completely professional. Once you sign the contract, their customer service is nothing but a series of your voice mails and emails that go unanswered. They have poor property oversight. You will never receive a courtesy call about maintenance repairs. It will always be a surprise on the next month's statement. Again, your inquiries will go unanswered for some time.
