TIBA - Is an academy team - a program that stresses skills, teamwork, conduct and mental toughness in connection with the development of baseball skills. What sets TIB apart from travel teams is the regimented, instructional workouts and the total overall organization. This allows the players to enhance those life skills to help them prepare for high school and collegiate careers as well.
