I have taken my dog to this kennel a few times. The last time I picked my dog up after a longer stay (9 days), the dog smelled of urine, gums were swollen, and the facial hair was saturated with urine. My dog had lost 5 lbs (more than 10% of total body weight). The owner of Windwood did not notify me of any issues while my dog was there (he had several contact numbers), nor did he inform me of any problems when I picked my dog up.
