I am writing this review regarding my experience with one of the Caucasian clerk, Dave. It happened in the morning (8:25) of October 28, 2010. Dave told me that I have to wait until 11:30 for them to have my car service for oil change. I diligently waited for my service to be done. Around 11: 10, I noticed that my car has not been serviced. I asked Dave what happened to the promised he told me that he will have my car fixed before 11:30. He unprofessionally responded that he is waiting for another appointment before they could service my car. Wh
