I called Trotter Doors and got an estimate on a carriage door over the phone. They asked if I wanted them to come out and do a free measurement and go over styles and cost, and I agreed of course. So they came out did there estimate and I ordered my new carriage door. When my door got in they called and scheduled installation and my carriage door was installed in about 3 hours.
