They came to my home and I had a computer that would not switch on... they found out quickly that it was the power supply and they helped me locate and install a new one that very same day... they only charged me 30 dollars because I am a senior that saved me 15 dollars... but that was not the best part... they also spent a hour teaching me how to use my scanner and email with no charge!!!
