Should be a negative star review. Floridian left me stranded at the Jacksonville airport in the middle of the night while my 90 year old grandmother waited for me to arrive. After confirming my pick up via email two days before, Floridian failed to show and would not answer the phone nor return my email to them. Terrible company, terrible service, deserving of a terrible review and reputation. Never phoned or emailed to apologize. DO NOT USE
